Sandra Kynes
Sandra Kynes is an explorer of history, myth, and magic. Although she is a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids, she follows her own Goddess-Centered and faery-centered path. She likes to develop creative ways to interact with the world (and otherworld) and integrate them into her spiritual path and everyday life. Her unique views and methods form the basis of her books, which serve as reference material for Pagans, Wiccans, and anyone interested in experiencing spirituality and magic in a different way.
She is the author of over twenty books and her work has been featured in Sage Woman, The Magical Times, The Portal, and Circle magazines, and The World Ocean Journal. Her work has also appeared online at Magical Buffet. She also writes the “Plant Magic” blog on PaganSquare.
Sandra has lived in New York City, Europe, England, and now mid-coast Maine, where she lives with her family and cats in a mid-nineteenth-century farmhouse surrounded by meadows and woods. She loves connecting with nature through gardening, hiking, bird watching, and kayaking. Visit her website.
Her other works include The Witches’ Encyclopedia of Magical Plants, Llewellyn’s Complete Book of Correspondences, Magical Faery Plants, Tree Magic, Herbal Remedies for Beginners, Magical Symbols and Alphabets, Llewellyn’s Complete Book of Essential Oils, 365 Days of Crystal Magic, Bird Magic, Crystal Magic, Herb Gardener’s Essential Guide, Mixing Essential Oils for Magic, Plant Magic, Sea Magic, and Your Altar.
